Chad, the eldest sibling who established Jewelbic in 2014, serves as Managing Director of both Jewelbic Plumbing & Gas and Jewelbic Brothers. He oversees day-to-day operations and works closely with key personnel to drive performance and productivity across the businesses. With over 22 years of experience in the construction industry, spanning residential and commercial sectors, Chad brings deep industry knowledge and leadership. He is also a licensed plumber and gas fitter, reinforcing his technical expertise in the field.
Bryn Djulbic
Construction Manager – Jewelbic Brothers
Managing Director – Jewelbic Building & Maintenance
Bryn, the middle sibling among the three brothers, assumes the role of Managing Director at Jewelbic Building and serves as the Construction Manager at Jewelbic Brothers. His responsibilities encompass providing oversight and guidance to staff on all aspects related to the daily operations of job sites, including the management of extensive construction projects. With a commendable 16 year tenure in the construction industry, Bryn has garnered experience in both residential and commercial sectors. Notably, he holds registrations as a builder and carpenter, showcasing his professional credentials and expertise in the field.

Tory, the youngest sibling, holds the position of Managing Director at Jewelbic Electrical and serves as the Operations Manager at Jewelbic Brothers. In this dual role, he specialises in crafting customised facility programmed maintenance plans for commercial buildings, overseeing the management of maintenance trade teams. With an extensive 14 year background in the construction industry across both residential and commercial sectors, Tory is a licensed electrician, further solidifying his professional qualifications and expertise in the field.
Shenae Djulbic

Shenae is the Executive General Manager of Jewelbic Brothers and sister to the three brothers leading the business. With 17 years of experience in law and human resources, she brings a strategic and operational focus to the team. Shenae began her career in the legal industry before becoming HR Manager at a top-tier international law firm. Her expertise in compliance, HR strategy, and leadership supports workforce development and drives the company’s continued success.
Kyle Skene
Sales Manager
Kyle is the estimator and first point of contact for our customers when it comes to projects. He plans and prepares estimates and budgets for our clients as well as preparing the projects start-up with Matt (Project Manager) to ensure each and every project is run as efficiently as possible. Kyle has been in the construction industry for 19 years and is a licensed electrician by trade. This experience and knowledge allows him to provide our clients with accurate estimates and sound advice. Kyle takes great pride in providing quality services to our clients. In his Estimator and Sales roles, Kyle strives to quote up construction and renovations Perth homeowners and business entities can rely on for exceptional value.

Project Manager
As Project Manager, Matt is responsible for the coordination and completion of our projects. He sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarises progress of our projects. Matt has been working in the construction industry for over 20 years and is a qualified cabinet maker. He has a wealth of experience in both residential and commercial industries, which allows him to provide our clients with an excellent service at all times.

Project Manager
Alex is a project manager for Jewelbic Brothers. He manages large residential renovations/additions, as well as commercial fit-out projects. Alex has been in the construction industry for over 15 years and is qualified carpenter. Alex provides a committed services to his clients, always going above and beyond to ensure that their needs are met.

Scott is our Project Manager for the Building Division, with over 28 years of industry experience. A licensed Plumber and Gas Fitter, he brings strong leadership, site coordination, and a solid track record in delivering quality residential and commercial projects.
