Susy and I wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to you and the rest of the Jewelbic team for a very well – planned and diligent effort with our recent renovations. As if it wasn’t enough to do a couple of bathrooms, a powder room and laundry, we also threw in the removal of the large tiled floor in the lounge, kitchen and hallway, so we could lay some Jarrah boards.

From our side the project was close to seamless which, in a tightening market for trades and the lingering backdrop of Covid, was both remarkable and appreciated. And in spite of having to work across two differing sections of house – 1940s and 2000s – each with some issues to deal with, the work standard was of a very high standard throughout.

As was the overall end result.

All of the team were a pleasure to deal with. They were timely, friendly and courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we ended up with what was intended, albeit a few quirks and changes along the way.

We have nothing but praise for the way Jewelbic Brothers managed the renovations to our living area, kitchen, en-suite and second bathroom. From our first contact with Kyle to the final handover we were able to plan our lives around the process. Throughout the journey we were impressed with planning from the scope of the work, the selection of fittings and appliances through to the demolition and reconstruction of our spaces. Matt managed the work efficiently, kept us informed of the planned work for each week and regularly visited our home to check on progress and the quality of work. Any variations along the way were easily accommodated. The tradesmen who worked on the renovation were very approachable and did work of a high standard. The work was completed in a timely manner and the disruption to us was kept to a bearable level. We are extremely happy with the finished product and are now enjoying living in our new surrounds.
