About the Role
We are seeking Expressions of Interest from an experienced Roof Plumbing Site Supervisor to join our growing roofing division. In this role, you will take full ownership of projects from start to finish, leading teams on-site and ensuring all work is delivered to the highest standard. You’ll work across a variety of projects including new builds, extensions, re-roofs, and maintenance. Job ID is JBH-071.
About You
- Minimum 2–3 years post-qualification experience in roof plumbing
- Proven ability to lead and manage roofing projects on-site
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial metal roofing systems
- Experience with:
- Roof sheeting and wall cladding
- Box gutters, flashings, and downpipes
- Roof penetrations, cappings, and water management
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Current White Card and relevant tickets (e.g. Working at Heights)
- Valid roof plumbing licence
Overview of Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage roofing projects from setup to completion
- Lead and coordinate site teams and subcontractors
- Ensure all work meets Australian standards and company expectations
- Read and implement plans, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain site safety and compliance at all times
- Liaise with project managers and other trades
- Identify and resolve site issues efficiently
- Track progress, materials, and job completion
- Mentor apprentices and junior team members
