About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Site Supervisor to oversee and deliver commercial plumbing projects across Perth. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, this role is ideal for a motivated leader who can manage teams on-site, coordinate with multiple trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
You will take ownership of site operations, supervising plumbing teams, liaising with project managers, and ensuring all works meet compliance and quality expectations
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day plumbing activities on commercial sites
- Manage and lead plumbing teams, subcontractors, and apprentices
- Oversee installations including water, gas, drainage, and sanitary systems
- Ensure works are completed in line with project timelines and budgets
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are met
- Identify and resolve on-site issues efficiently
- Maintain compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements
- Liaise with project managers, builders, and other trades to ensure smooth delivery
- Monitor materials, resources, and site progress
Key Requirements
- Relevant Plumbing Licence (essential)
- Multiple years experience supervising commercial plumbing projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of commercial construction processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability
- White Card
- Driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
